Put a burp cloth over it...hehe! My DD is 3 months, and I still do it! You can also wear a nursing pad and not let your other breast "out" until it's time to switch

When I was leaking, I just put a new pad in the leaking side just for the feeding. Then, I'd switch it to the other side and get rid of it after the feeding.

you can also pump the other side while nursing to keep a higher supply, but dont do it unless you want to! it will regulate. most take about 3-5 months.

i still leak from the other side when scarlett eats i just use a breast pad on that side.. or a burp cloth if i don't have a pad handy.

If you're storing milk anyway, I would just put a bottle there to catch what's leaking. That way your pumping schedule won't be screwed up and your milk won't go to waste.
